Choi Sum means "heart of the vegetable" in Cantonese, is one of the most popular daily vegetables in Hong Kong, widely used in Catonese cooking. Choi Sum is rich in fibre and potasium and Vitamin A & C. Easy to grow. 
PLANTING 
It prefers fertile and well-drained soil.Do not waterlogging. 
FLAVOUR 
The green stem is tender and sweet. Leaves are juicy and crunchy. The small yellow flowers are edible too. 
CULINARY USE 
Blanched and served with oyster sauce, stir-fried, sauteed, etc.   |
